Milling

The Engineering Center “High-temperature composite materials” provides services for the milling of various materials in the city of Korolev:

- soft materials: aluminum, duralumin, brass, copper, various steel grades; - wood, plywood, MDF;

- Composites: carbon fiber composite, fiberglass, carbon-carbon composite materials;

- organic glass, polycarbonate, PVC plastic;

- polystyrene, polystyrol, model plastic.

We will produce parts or perform cutting as soon as possible according to your drawings or 3D models.

The Engineering Center has three numerically controlled milling machines:

1. Engraving and Milling Machine BZT PFE-500PX

- the processed field X / Y / Z - 750/550/135 mm;
- maximum spindle speed - 24000 rpm;
- number of axles - 3, with the possibility of connecting the fourth axis;
- accuracy - 0.0025 mm / m.

2. Table Milling Machine ARF12STM

-cultivated field X / Y / Z - 600/1205/180 mm;
- maximum spindle speed - 24000 rpm;
- number of axles - 3;
- accuracy 0.1 mm / m.

3. Vertical milling machining center FS65MF3

- the processed field X / Y / Z - 600/1205/180 mm;
- maximum spindle speed - 12000 rpm;
- number of axles - 3;
- accuracy of 0.004 mm / m.
