Training universal testing machine MIM-9LR-010

Purpose: Study of the materials physical and mechanical properties.

Main technical characteristics:

- Ultra high load of 50 kN;

- Moving traverse stroke up to 500 mm;

- Measuring the movement of the moving traverse with 0.01 mm resolution;

The machine is designed to study the materials and structural elements mechanical properties.

The machine allows to set and determine the movement of the moving traverse and / or the force, transmitted from the traverse to the sample.

The machine allows to carry out compressive testing of prismatic specimens and tensile cylindrical specimens with threaded heads. Stretching and compression of the samples can be carried out before fracture. The force on the sample is determined by a force sensor. Traverse movement is measured by a digital displacement sensor. Data from all sensors is displayed on a PC.
