Radial braiding machine with detachable body RP64-1-130

Purpose: Parts braiding and braided sleeves manufacturing.

Main technical characteristics:

- Contour weaving of unlimited length products;

- Applying a braid layer with a diameter of 10 to 180 mm or more, subject to a mesh structure;

- Manufacture of products with a curved axis, the mandrel maximum mass with the mold - 60 kg;

- Closed-shape products manufacture;

- Weaving sleeves;

- Weaving according to two and three axial (with skeletal reinforcement) patterns: 64 braiding spindles and 32 axial;

- Weaving with Russian carbon high-strength and high-modulus threads;

- Applying a braid layer with a continuous surface hiding power with a diameter of up to 200 mm;

- Reinforcement angle adjustment due to the speed of beam movement;

The Russian-made braiding machine, created according to the technical specifications of the Engineering Center, is designed for braiding products with a straight and curved axis and to manufacture sleeves from carbon, glass, basalt and aramid roving.

For two years of operation:

- The technology of weaving cylindrical preforms with a given angle of reinforcement was matured;

- Movable support with four steered axles (including mandrel rotation) was mounted;

- Water mist system was installed;

- RobotKIKAKV-61 was integrated;

- Robot programming and weaving of preforms with a curved axis was matured;

- Technology of braiding net-form preforms was matured;

- Software for modeling wicker performs was developed;

- Work is in progress for equipping with vision system;

- Improvement of equipment management ergonomics;
