Extruder JYP-30

Purpose: Tapes and threads from thermoplastic polymers production.

Main technical characteristics:

- Ability for screw rotation speed smooth adjustment;

- Material cylinder maximum temperature- 400 °С;

- Ability for tape width adjustment;

Designed for processing polymer raw materials into tape with a thickness of 02 to 1 mm, width – from 025 to 65mm.

Extruder modernization by the employees of the center made it possible to produce a multifilament bundle on the basis high temperature thermoplastics. As raw materials can be used various types of polymeric materials, Wh. but not limited to: PP, LDPE, PND, PS, ABS - compositions, PEEK, PPS.
